Slovenian Committee of Electric Power Engineers CIGRE-CIRED has been organizing Conferences of Slovenian electric engineers every two years from 1993 onward. During 1993 and 1999 all of the activities were

Slovenian Committee of Electric Power Engineers CIGRE-CIRED organizes biennial Conferences of Slovenian electric engineers from 1993 onward. During the period of 1993 and 1999 all of the activities were covered inside CIGRE section. In 1999 during international CIRED conference in Nice (France), Slovenia has decided to also join in the international CIRED as a National Committee. From the year 2001 onward, Conferences of Slovenian electric engineers are separated in CIGRE and CIRED sections or technical committees. Each section prepares its own preferential subjects, papers and discussions. The conference is usually organizied in May and is attended by more than 500 delegates, 20+ technical exhibitors and much more.
